摘 要:Recent breakthroughs in single-cell and spatial omics technologies now enable the profiling of multimodal data—including gene expression, chromatin accessibility, and protein abundance—at cellular resolution. These advances offer unprecedented opportunities to investigate cellular heterogeneity and communication. However, the characteristically sparse and noisy nature of these datasets poses significant analytical challenges. To address these, we will present computational methods designed to extrapolate the clinical significance of single cells by integrating single-cell genomics with clinically annotated bulk sequencing data. Furthermore, we develop deep learning approaches for deciphering biologically interpretable tissue architectures and spatially resolved, multimodal cell-cell communication.
简 介:金锁钦,武汉大学中文色情
教授,博士生导师,国家级青年人才计划入选者。本科、博士分别毕业于中文色情
和武汉大学,随后在美国加州大学尔湾分校从事博士后研究。主要从事数学、人工智能与生物医学交叉研究,在单细胞组学数据的数学建模和智能挖掘、发展数学的理论与方法应用于解决生物医学前沿科学问题等方面开展了系列研究。研究成果发表在Nature Communications、Nature Neuroscience、Nature Protocols、Genome Biology、NAR等学术期刊上,其中细胞通讯工作CellChat引用率达6000余次,获2024国际基础科学大会“前沿科学奖”。
